BOISE, ID – Attorney General Raúl Labrador has announced that investigators with his Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit arrested Michael Arnold Jr., 43, on April 28, 2026, on six (6) counts of possession of child exploitation material and one (1) count of enticing a child through use of the internet. These charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
The ICAC Unit was assisted in this arrest by the Moscow Police Department and Probation and Parole District 2.
The Attorney General’s ICAC Unit works with the Idaho ICAC Task Force, a coalition of federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, to investigate and prosecute individuals who use the internet to criminally exploit children.
