BOISE, ID – Attorney General Raúl Labrador announced that investigators with the Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit arrested Joshua Mulvey, a Kootenai County resident, on September 1, 2026. Mulvey was taken into custody on one count of video voyeurism and ten counts of possession of child sexual exploitation material. These charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
The ICAC Unit was assisted in this arrest by the Post Falls Police Department. The Attorney General’s ICAC Unit works in partnership with the Idaho ICAC Task Force—a coalition of federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies dedicated to investigating and prosecuting individuals who use the internet to exploit children.
