75-year-old James D. Taylor was booked into the Canyon County Jail. He is alleged to have sexually exploited a minor.

The Caldwell Police Department, District 3 Probation and Parole Office and the Canyon County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office all assisted the ICAC Unit.
