(Boise) – Attorney General Lawrence Wasden has announced investigators with his Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit arrested a Weiser man Tuesday for alleged Sexual Exploitation of a Child.

54-year-old Tod Williams Elliott is suspected of possessing child pornography. He was booked into the Washington County Jail following his arrest.

The ICAC Unit was assisted by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and the Washington County Prosecutor’s Office.

The Attorney General’s ICAC Unit works with the Idaho ICAC Task Force, a coalition of federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, to investigate and prosecute individuals who use the internet to criminally exploit children.
