Boise, ID – Attorney General Raúl Labrador has announced that investigators with his Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit arrested 51-year-old Theodore Huston on March 26, 2026, on 5 counts of possession of child sexual exploitation material.

The ICAC Unit was assisted in this arrest by Canyon County Sheriff’s Office, Meridian Police Department, and Nampa Police Department.

The Attorney General’s ICAC Unit works with the Idaho ICAC Task Force, a coalition of federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, to investigate and prosecute individuals who use the internet to criminally exploit children.
