Boise, ID – Attorney General Raúl Labrador has announced that investigators with his Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit arrested 38-year-old Joshua Lehman on May 21, 2026, on multiple charges of Sexual Exploitation of a Child for Possessing Sexually Exploitative Material (Child Pornography). These charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

The ICAC Unit was assisted in this arrest by Bingham County Sheriff’s Office, Blackfoot Police Department, Shelley Police Department, Homeland Security Investigations, Madison County Sheriff’s Office, and Idaho Falls Police Department.

The Attorney General’s ICAC Unit works with the Idaho ICAC Task Force, a coalition of federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, to investigate and prosecute individuals who use the internet to criminally exploit children.
