Attorney General Raúl Labrador announced that investigators with the Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit arrested 66‑year‑old Michael Reppert on September 11, 2026, on ten counts of sexual exploitation of a child. These charges are merely accusations at this stage and is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
The ICAC Unit received assistance from the Custer County Sheriff’s Office, Idaho Falls Police Department, and Homeland Security Investigations during the arrest.
The Attorney General’s ICAC Unit works in partnership with the Idaho ICAC Task Force, a coalition of federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies dedicated to investigating and prosecuting individuals who use the internet to exploit children.
