BOISE, ID – Attorney General Raúl Labrador announced that investigators with the Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit arrested Ada County Male 32-year‑old Christian McCrary on September 9,2026. McCrary was taken into custody on ten counts of possession of child sexual exploitation material. These charges are allegations only; the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

The ICAC Unit assisted The Ada County Sheriff’s Office in this arrest.

The Attorney General’s ICAC Unit collaborates closely with the Idaho ICAC Task Force, a statewide coalition of federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies dedicated to investigating and prosecuting individuals who use the internet to criminally exploit children.
