(Boise) – Attorney General Lawrence Wasden has announced investigators with his Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit arrested a man and woman from Nampa on Thursday, November 1. The two were charged with alleged attempted lewd and lascivious conduct with a minor child under 16.

Police arrested 35-year-old Mark W. Titgen and 26-year-old Kimberly M. Reidenbach in Kuna. Both were booked into the Ada County Jail.

The Ada County Sheriff’s Office, Ada County Prosecutor’s Office, Kuna Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Service assisted the ICAC Unit.

The Attorney General’s ICAC Unit works with the Idaho ICAC Task Force, a coalition of federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, to investigate and prosecute individuals who use the internet to criminally exploit children.
