(Boise) – Attorney General Lawrence Wasden has announced investigators with his Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit charged a Coeur d’Alene man Tuesday, October 16, with alleged sexual exploitation of a child.

22-year-old Dirk T. Seymour was arrested following the execution of a search warrant. He was booked into the Kootenai County Jail.

The Kootenai County Prosecutor’s Office, Coeur d’Alene Police Department, Moscow Police Department, Kootenai County Multi-Agency SWAT Team, FBI and U.S. Marshals Service all assisted the ICAC Unit.

The Attorney General’s ICAC Unit works with the Idaho ICAC Task Force, a coalition of federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, to investigate and prosecute individuals who use the internet to criminally exploit children.
