Attorney General Labrador’s Office Arrests Kootenai County Resident for Enticing a Child Through Use of the Internet

Attorney General Raúl Labrador announced that investigators with the Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit arrested 19-year-old Nicholas Falzone on July 2, 2026. Falzone was arrested on five counts of possession of child sexual exploitation material, one count of production of child sexual exploitation material, and one count of enticing a child through use of the internet. These charges are allegations only; the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

The ICAC Unit was assisted in this arrest by the Post Falls Police Department and the Moscow Police Department.

The Attorney General’s ICAC Unit works in partnership with the Idaho ICAC Task Force, a coalition of federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies dedicated to investigating and prosecuting individuals who criminally exploit children online.
